Yes it's actually stupid that cites rules makes it impossible to exchange bloodlines between European and US collections.
I would have loved to get new blod for my own groups of A.madagascariensis and A.dumerili.

Yes the way CITES app I is handled in the US is a let down :( I would love to exchange new blood as well.

Is it 100% impossible to exchange bloodlines between Europe and the US ?
Maybe they could make an exception if they know the reason. The same would go for other appendix 1 snakes
like C.subflavus and Boa c. occidentalis.
